warehouse refurbishment – skopje, 2011 masterplan

The warehouse is located in the industrial zone Gazi Baba, Skopje.

A 2000m2 shell was in need of total refurbishment.
The project involved installation of new thermo wall panels cladding, and new thermo panels roof covering.In order to increase the light in the interior new facade glass panels have been installed, positioned on fewer mullions.

Additionally, new facade openings have been planned for vans, staff doors and office windows on both entries of the building.The damaged glass roof areas were replaced with new polycarbonate sheets.

Construction cost: 120 000 EUR
Construction start date: June 2011
